改进动态K的WKNN的室内定位方法Indoor positioning method using WKNN algorithm with improved dynamic value K

摘要(Abstract):
针对室内定位中固定K值的WKNN搜索方式存在较大误差,以及已提出的动态K方案存在筛选性差的问题,提出了一种自适应动态K的WKNN室内定位方法。在此工作中,首先通过引入泰勒级数展开法进行反馈调节,确定当前K值;接着对于不同欧氏距离的贡献度在泰勒级数展开中未曾体现的问题,提出采用正定对角矩阵改进泰勒级数展开公式加权处理;最后仿真验证了提出算法的有效性。实验研究分析表明,提出的算法可根据在线情况自适应调整K值,相比传统动态K值定位精度更高。
