基于虚拟仪器的开关磁阻电机高精度实时在线监测系统Switched reluctance motor high-precision real-time online monitoring system based on virtual instrument

摘要(Abstract):
基于LabVIEW和模拟量采集卡设计一种基于虚拟仪器的SRM实时在线监测系统,该系统对电机相电流、母线电压、转矩及转速等变量进行捕获和滤波,通过模拟量输入卡以高采样率采集信号并快速传输至上位机,并在上位机LabVIEW界面实时显示信号波形和保存数据。实验结果表明,该监测系统具有采集频率高,上、下位机通信速度快,系统结构灵活,稳定性好的特点,可用于监测具有高动态响应的开关磁阻电机调速控制系统,实时记录并监测电机的瞬变过程。
